Winemaking: Australian Chardonay Day 9


Somewhere around day 5-7 I should have racked the wine, but if you keep up with this blog, you know I had a busy weekend.
Sterilize 2nd fermentor, air lock, wine theif and stopper. Place primary fermentor up on table or counter. Prime wine theif and begin pumping into secondary fermentor. Apply stooper and air lock. Wine will continue to ferment here for another 10 days.
